Trinity members have a say in the running of things through Church Meeting, which sets policies and considers matters like relations with other churches; and local, national and intenational issues of public concern. Church members elect Trustees (we call them Elders) to manage church affairs on a day-to-day basis, with the help of a number of groups that take care of activities like youth and children's work, mission and outreach, and social events.
